Institute for welding, testing and technology Ltd. Certification Sector is accredited certification body for personel according to standard HRN EN ISO/IEC 17024:2013 by the Croatian Accreditation Agency in the area described in the attachment of Accreditaion Certificate number 5241.
In accordance with the above-mentioned accreditations, the Certification Sector may issue certificates in the standardized area according to international standards respectively in the area of the Pressure Equipment Regulations for non-detachable joints for pressure equipment of categories II, III and IV under Directive 2014/68 / EU (PED).
The company is recognized by Bureau Veritas and the Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS) for certification of welders and operators.
ZIT Ltd. conducts welding personel certification for a number of years. Welding personel certification is counducted for arc and gas welding procedures on pipes and plates made from different materials like steel, aluminium and aluminium alloys, and nickel and nickel alloys.
